Shipping Costs

I ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance. The cost to ship each tile painting is $20.00. The cost to ship 1 menorah is $8.75. Each additional menorah shipped to the same location is $4.00. Insurance is included in all of these shipping quotes.

Tracking

After the item has shipped, I will email you with a tracking number from the Post Office.

Shipping Time

Since most of the items are personalized and made to order, I ask that 2 weeks be allowed for each menorah to be shipped and 3-4 weeks be allowed for shipment on the tile paintings.

Return Policy

For any personalized product, if a spelling error was made on our part we will replace the item at no cost to you. We will ask that the incorrect item be shipped back to us while the corrected item is being created. We will reimburse you through paypal for the shipping back to us.

If a product arrives damaged or broken, email us within 5 business days and we will correct the situation at no cost to you.

For all other non personalized items, we will gladly take the items back within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be approved through email before returning the item and return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

Your receipt

Since most of the items are purchased as gifts, the only receipt you will receive will be through email.
